We review how work, information, AI, software, permissions, and data move through your operation. The audit identifies risk, duplication, manual rework, disconnected systems, and practical opportunities to automate or simplify.

You receive prioritized findings and a practical roadmap showing what should stay, what should be fixed, what should connect, what should be replaced, and what may need to be built.
Scope, fee, and delivery date are agreed before the review starts. Implementation is optional and quoted separately.

Before a connection or automation goes live, the project scope should define what it can access, which actions need your approval, and how important changes are recorded. We identify limits in the tools and bring in specialist review where needed.

Inventic is led by Andrew, whose background is in excavation and construction operations, including estimating and job costing. We start with the people doing the work and the records the office needs.
Ten paid employee hours do not automatically mean ten machine hours. A useful costing tool needs to keep that distinction clear. That is the kind of operating detail we work through before choosing software.

Ranterra is Inventic’s construction software product, being developed to turn field reports into structured office records. It grew from a practical problem: getting usable job information back to the office without giving crews more administrative work.
Not every Inventic client needs Ranterra. Sometimes the right answer is connecting the software already in place. Sometimes it is fixing one workflow or building a focused tool. The review decides, not the product catalogue.

The proposal sets out what you receive, who owns or licenses custom work, how your data can be exported, and the documentation and handoff included. Hosting, support, ongoing costs, and responsibility for changes are agreed separately before implementation.
